1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging Lexorion for any printing, copying, scanning, brochure and flyer production, binding, card printing, or paper document management services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Lexorion offers a range of printing and documentation services, including but not limited to:

• Copying services for documents of various sizes.
• Digital printing and offset printing for various materials.
• Document scanning and digital archiving.
• Production of brochures, flyers, and other marketing materials.
• Document binding services (e.g., spiral, comb, perfect binding).
• Card printing (business cards, greeting cards, etc.).
• Paper document management and organization solutions.

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information and materials required for the service.
• Ensuring that all content submitted for printing or processing complies with applicable laws, including copyright and intellectual property laws. Lexorion reserves the right to refuse service for any content deemed illegal, offensive, or inappropriate.
• Reviewing proofs (if provided) thoroughly and approving them in a timely manner. We are not responsible for errors in approved proofs.
• Making timely payments for services rendered as per the agreed-upon terms.

4. Pricing and Payments

All prices for our services will be communicated to you prior to the commencement of work. Payment terms will be specified in your invoice or service agreement. Lexorion reserves the right to adjust pricing for services with prior notice.

• A deposit may be required for certain services or large orders.
• Late payments may incur additional charges or interest as per South African law.

5. Turnaround Times and Delivery

Estimated turnaround times will be provided upon receipt of your order. While we strive to meet all deadlines, these are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, equipment malfunction, or material shortages. Lexorion will not be liable for any losses or damages incurred due to delays.

• Delivery options and associated costs will be discussed and agreed upon for each order.

6. Quality Assurance and Complaints

Lexorion is committed to providing high-quality printing and documentation services. If you are not satisfied with the quality of our work, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.

• We will investigate your complaint and, if deemed valid, will offer a re-print, credit, or refund at our discretion.
• Claims made after 7 days may not be honored.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain all intellectual property rights to the content you provide to Lexorion for services. By submitting content, you grant Lexorion a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and modify the content solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

• Lexorion reserves the right to display samples of completed work for promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lexorion shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use our services.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on our services.
• Any content obtained from our services.
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

In no event shall Lexorion's aggregate liability for all claims relating to the services exceed the amount paid by you to Lexorion for the specific services in question.

9. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Information submitted for services will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your data and using it only for the purpose of providing our services.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
